I worked with Kirk and Twila at Luxury Kitchen Bath Express to remodel my primary bathroom. We hired Luxury Kitchen Bath Express to remodel our kitchen; the result is what we think is one of the nicest kitchens in Raleigh. What we liked most about Luxury KBE was the combination of imaginative design and attentive project management.
From a design standpoint, Luxury KBE provided us with a plan that opened up our closed-in kitchen far beyond what we (and other contractors) imagined. For project management, Luxury KBE uses software that provided us a with an up-to-date status of what work had been completed and the schedule for what would be completed next.

We did a major kitchen remodel with Luxury KB Express, which included completely gutting the kitchen and dining room, cutting out walls, and replacing all of our downstairs floors. We had never done a project like this but Kirk and Twila made it as painless as possible. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Twila brought it to life and gave us great suggestions along the way. It was really cool getting to 'see' our new kitchen in virtual reality before the project even started. Every step of the process was clearly communicated and they were always available to answer our questions. We were able to view the project schedule online and could always see what was coming up and who was scheduled to be at our house. That was important, as this was a big project that took several weeks, and we were juggling kids, a dog and me working from home. Our new kitchen is beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

One of the best experiences imaginable with a contractor.
We had a full bath remodel with luxury shower, feature wall on a two-sided fireplace, and new flooring throughout the suite.
They also corrected structural issues and made our home safer in addition to making our suite feel like a spa!
They took time to understand our hopes for the space (no forced designs or heavy-handed sales) and believe it or not, they truly made this major remodel feel easy.
They took care of everything once we gave them the vision, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
